The study examines the relationships between the government, community, and private sector and identifies the challenges and barriers to transparency, participation, and accountability in the planning process. Also investigates the use of surveillance technologies in the planning process and the implications on privacy and civil liberties. The findings of the study reveal that while there are legal frameworks and institutional structures in place for ensuring accountability, they are often not effectively implemented or enforced. Community participation in the spatial planning process is often limited, and that they face various challenges, particularly in terms of being informed and consulted about development projects that affect them. The private sector plays a significant role in the spatial planning process in Senegal, but that there are inadequate mechanisms in place to hold them accountable for their actions. The government needs to strengthen the legal framework and institutional structures in place for ensuring accountability in the spatial planning process in Senegal, with a focus on the government's role and responsibilities, increase community participation and engagement in the planning process, and ensure that the private sector is held accountable for their actions in the spatial planning process in Senegal. The study emphasizes the need for effective mechanisms to ensure transparency, participation, and accountability in the spatial planning process in Senegal, particularly in the context of the relationships between the government, community, and private sector.
2023-01-14T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Journal Dimensie Management and Public Sector http://hdpublication.com/index.php/jdmps/article/view/163 The Effect of Kratom Flour Export Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Khatulistiwa Express Pontianak 2023-01-13T16:57:19+07:00 Helman Fachri helmanfachri@gmail.com
This study aims to determine the effect of Kratom flour export service quality on customer satisfaction at CV. Equator Express in Pontianak. The population in the study were all customers who used the services of CV Khatulistiwa Ekpress Pontianak to send kratom flour to various countries in Europe and America with a total population of 58 entrepreneurs, both individuals and small industries, who were the sample in the study, or saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), and model feasibility test (F test). The results show a simple linear regression equation: Y = 2,360 + 0.117 X. The results of the correlation coefficient show an R value of 0.583, which means that the relationship between service quality variables and customer satisfaction variables is moderate. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the value of R square (R2) is 0.576, meaning that the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is 57.6% and the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the model feasibility test (F test) obtained an Fcount value of 7,330 > from Ftable 4.01 or a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that a simple linear regression model can be used to predict the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at CV Khatulistiwa Express.
2023-01-13T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Journal Dimensie Management and Public Sector http://hdpublication.com/index.php/jdmps/article/view/162 Infodemic During Covid 19 in Village Communities 2023-01-13T15:54:44+07:00 Evelin Kawung evelin@gmail.com Joanne P.
