Structural equation modeling results reveal resource utilization, bureaucracy, and corruption; prominent fiscal federalism attributes, social capital predictors. Its other equally-vital component; job creation, depicts no predictive powers. Moreover, entity governance mediates the fiscal federalism-social capital relationship. Implications of these findings to both theory and practice are discussed.</p> 2021-06-10T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Journal Dimensie Management and Public Sector Learning Organization on the Implementation of E-Government in the City of Makassar 2021-06-10T13:04:59+07:00 A.
