Abstract

This research endeavors to assess the efficacy of management-based learning models in elevating the quality of management education within higher education institutions. The study employs a comprehensive research design, combining quantitative and qualitative methods through surveys, interviews, and academic performance assessments across multiple institutions. The primary objective is to understand the impact of these models on student learning outcomes, engagement, and overall educational quality. Preliminary findings indicate a positive correlation, with students exposed to management-based learning models exhibiting heightened comprehension, practical application of management concepts, and increased engagement. Feedback from educators and administrators further supports these positive trends, suggesting an overall enhancement in the quality of management education.
